Alex came to rescue me today. I need help with installation mixer tap as the previous one not been installed correctly by another plumber. I been wait and wait around for so long until i meet Alex. I would like to say thank you very much for your help. Alex is very friendly, professional, polite, on time. He explained to me through what happen. Alex was such a legend! Came to help me change my tap after a long day of busy work! Diagnosed a valve problem that I wasn’t aware of, and saved my apartment from flooding! He was patient and warm throughout the whole job. He also gave me an awesome price for the job! 100% recommend him any day! I am so grateful !!

Alex is absolutely amazing, he helped me out of an emergency situation, not only resolving the issue while a tenant was in the property, but also chasing down hard-to-find parts with the supplier.

Highly recommended! Had a tricky burst water pipe leak in our Surry Hills Terrace. Had 2 others plumbers come to look at the job - nobody wanted to do it. We had a pipe leak under the sink and the leaking hose is connected to our dishwasher. Alex was able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. He suggested upgrading to a more durable hose for the problem not to reoccur. He was very professional and friendly. He even aligned our dishwasher which was not properly placed by the installer, and he changed the screws to better ones. He left the place very dry and clean. We're very happy with the service. The price was reasonable too.
